Shipping policy

Advanced Dimensions ships to addresses within the United States. Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day are processed the same day; orders placed after that time, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Shipping methods and times. Most in-stock handheld Leica DISTO and LINO units ship free via 2-day carrier service within the contiguous United States. Larger or special-order items (such as iCON iCS systems) ship via standard ground or freight, with estimated transit times shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

Shipping charges. Free 2-day shipping applies to eligible handheld DISTO and LINO units within the contiguous U.S. Charges for all other items, and for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, are calculated at checkout.

Tracking. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within two business days of your order, contact us at info@advanceddimensions.com.

Damaged or lost shipments. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@advanceddimensions.com if an item arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, so we can work with the carrier to resolve it.

International shipping. For orders shipping outside the United States, please contact us at info@advanceddimensions.com for availability, rates, and transit times. The recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.
