Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your equipment. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return eligibility. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it - unused, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging, manuals, cables, and accessories. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return (RMA). Contact us at info@advanceddimensions.com or 800-774-6102 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. Items sent back without an approved RMA cannot be accepted. Approved returns should be sent to: 2259 State Highway 7, Unadilla, NY 13849.
Non-returnable items. Custom, special-order, or configured-to-order items, software licenses and subscriptions, and gift cards are not returnable. Sale items are final sale unless defective.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right at no cost to you.
Manufacturer warranty. Leica Geosystems products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty issues arising after the return window are handled as a repair rather than a return - contact us and we will help coordinate service.
Exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original once approved and place a new order.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period. If your order is shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it). If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at info@advanceddimensions.com.
